Responsible Gaming
EdgeFinder is an analytics tool. It does not remove the risk of betting.
Betting involves risk. You can lose money, including more than you intended to stake. Only bet what you can afford to lose.
No model, prediction, or strategy - including anything shown in EdgeFinder - can eliminate the inherent risk of betting. Probabilities and edges are statistical estimates, not certainties, and any individual bet can lose regardless of how favorable it looked beforehand.
Stake sizes shown in EdgeFinder (including Kelly-based suggestions) are calculated as a fraction of the bankroll figure you provide - they are guidance for managing risk relative to your own funds, not a recommendation of how much you should have available to bet with. Only enter a bankroll amount you can genuinely afford to lose in full.
Do not increase your stakes to try to win back money you have lost. Chasing losses is one of the most common paths to serious harm from gambling. If you notice yourself doing this, stop and take a break.
Betting is a form of gambling and is never risk-free. Backtested or walk-forward-validated performance describes how a strategy performed on past data and is not a guarantee of future results. Only bet with money you can afford to lose, and treat it as entertainment spend, not income.
EdgeFinder is intended for use only by individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling-related activity in their jurisdiction if higher. Do not use EdgeFinder, and do not bet, if you are under this age.
If betting is no longer fun, is affecting your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, or you feel unable to stop, please reach out to a licensed gambling-support or problem-gambling organization in your country for confidential help. If you are in immediate financial difficulty, stop betting and speak to someone you trust.
